Lee Ming warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defected at Lee Ming responsibility during warranty months, we will either repair or replace the products free of charge.
For models made of brand new screens, the warranty is 12 months from the shipment arrival month. 3 months warranty for models made of reconditioned screen (which will be announce period to quote). |
Therefore the warranty does not cover: | |
1. | Any products, on which the serial number has removed, modified. |
2. | Damage or malfunction caused by man made mistake. |
3. | Any damage caused by external, such as electric power fluctuations of failure. |
4. | Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Lee Ming. |
5. | Normal ware and tear. |
Within valid warranty period, please provide information below and send back the product to us: | |
a. | The product that you purchased. |
b. | Download RMA from and get RMA No. ( Download For Windows 、 Download For Mac ) |
c. | Clear product photos. |
d. | For international return, please make the Invoice at 25% of new products value And marked “returned goods for repair, no commercial value”. |
e. | The product is securely packed to avoid damage during transportation. |
Please have the information indicated on your e-mail and invoice. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs and generated cost to Lee Ming Taipei factory such as Import duty, custom's clearance handling charge. We strongly suggest the returned goods send back by EMS of Air Parcel Post is the friendliest way for us. |
This policy is a service program usually to end user by our distributors. It is a 30 days policy, in case where a products was purchased from has gone out of business, or reseller can't support the customer. Lee Ming will do the very best to help on a case by case basis. |
